How to book
If you have decided to book my services, I would like to say thank you very much for employing my services, also to say I am available for you to contact me at any time if you have any questions.
Simply download the PDF booking form, print the form, fill it in and return to me with a cheque for the booking fee amount.
Once I have received your booking form and cheque, I will post or email you a receipt.
